Dance trapeze: Suspended from a single point, twirling just above the ground Ruby creates expressive visuals punctuated by surprising swinging passes & moments of suspension, heel & toe hangs.

Swinging trapeze: Swooshing thru the air overhead on a 4 m (14ft) swing, this is a highly technical act that may be performed as a high energy dynamo act or as a lyrical piece, depending on the program. Ruby's unique repertoire includes a stunning double pirouette along with trademark heel & ankle drops & a one foot arabesque! An inspiring expression of human possibility & skillful ease.

• Aviatrix: Inspired by another great solo flyer, Amelia Earhart, Ruby pioneers as the first contemporary high flying solo trapezista to truly fly alone, using an automated safety system instead of human pullers. She is truly a one-woman show. Her grace, strength and fearless innovation change the way we think about this spectacular art form, while delivering all the thrills and wonder of the flying trapeze; her signature act.
• Matador: Since beginning to perform, Ruby has inately intrinsically embodied the fierce passion, heroism & tradition associated w the Spanish toreador custom. When several close colleagues remarked on this energy, it became a natural adaptation to create this highly technical, dynamic act using blended spanish-techno music. Her relish for the stage & flair for performance lends itself fabulously to Matador.
